5-Slot Hang-On Aquarium Plant Holder
Handmade in Minnesota, USA!
Natural Filtration & Thriving Plants: Designed with 5 dedicated slots to securely hold Pothos and other emergent plants at the top of your fish tank. By keeping the stalk and roots submerged while the leaves stay dry, your plants will drink up the fertilized water and thrive. In return, they act as a natural filter, absorbing excess nitrates and helping reduce the frequency of water changes. It’s a total win-win for you and your fish!
Optimal Water Circulation: Meticulously designed with open channels at the bottom to allow easy and continuous water flow. This ensures your plant roots receive vital nutrition and oxygen from your tank’s internal circulation without restricting your filter.
Fish-Safe & Durable Material: Crafted from high-quality, inert PETG. It is highly durable, water-resistant, and completely safe for freshwater environments, live fish, shrimp, and aquatic plants.
Versatile Aquascaping: Not just a practical cultivator, this planter adds an enchanting, natural look to your setup. It provides endless possibilities for aquascaping and is perfect for holding a variety of plants like pothos, lucky bamboo, daffodils, and water poppies.
Easy Hang-On Installation: Provides hassle-free installation and supreme stability. Simply hook the integrated bracket securely over the rim of your aquarium to instantly upgrade your tank’s ecosystem.

What is PETG?
PETG stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol. It is a modified version of PET, which is the standard, highly regulated plastic used to make single-use water bottles and food containers. The addition of “glycol” modifies the chemical structure to make the plastic more durable, less brittle, and much easier to mold or 3D print.
Material Safety in Aquariums
Biologically Inert: This is the absolute most important factor for fishkeepers. “Inert” means the plastic will not chemically react with the aquarium water. It does not leach harmful chemicals, BPAs, phthalates, or toxic VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) into the water column.
Safe for Sensitive Livestock: Because it does not leach, it is safe for the most sensitive aquatic inhabitants, including dwarf shrimp, snails, scaleless fish, and delicate fry.
Food-Safe Baseline: PETG is widely recognized as safe for food contact. A good rule of thumb in the aquarium hobby is that if a plastic is safe enough to hold drinking water, it is generally safe for fish.
No Degradation: Unlike PLA (another common plastic that is biodegradable and can slowly break down or become brittle when submerged in water for long periods), PETG will not degrade, rot, or change the pH of the tank water over time.
