How To Order
1.) Place Your Order: Select your height and color options and complete the checkout process.
2.) Send Your Photo: After ordering, send us a high-resolution photo via Etsy Messages. A clear, front-facing headshot with good lighting works best!
3.) Review Your Proof: Within 1 business day, I will send you a digital proof of the 3D model via Etsy Messages for your approval.
4.) Production: Once you approve the design, I begin the 3D printing process.
Shipping: Your custom bust is carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door!
Note:
Marble Finish naturally camouflages surface texture with stone-like variation
Matte White offers clean contrast but may show fine texture and filament lines (similar to natural marble grain). Matte white is a great option if you plan to paint your models.
⚠️ Proof Approval Policy
To ensure your custom bust arrives on time, please keep an eye on your Etsy Messages:
Approval Window: We kindly ask for your feedback or approval within 24 hours of receiving your digital proof.
Automatic Processing: If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of the proof being sent, we will proceed with the 3D printing process using the design shown in the proof to avoid shipping delays.
Finality: Once production begins (either by your approval or the 48-hour cutoff), no further adjustments can be made to the model.
