I designed this chibi-style Lilith statue to bring her fierce energy to your desk, bookshelf, or small altar. She’s accompanied by her classic symbols—a coiled serpent and her twin owls—but in a cute, stylized format that I absolutely love.

Whether you’re deep into shadow work or just want a daily reminder of your own autonomy, I made this little statue to be a perfect, compact companion.

Why “Chibi”?
If you aren’t familiar with the term, “chibi” is a Japanese art style that exaggerates proportions to make characters look small and cute (think big expressive eyes and stubby little bodies). I’m a huge fan of this aesthetic, and blending this adorable anime-inspired style with the heavy, dark themes of a goddess like Lilith was such a fun challenge for me. It creates a really unique contrast that fits perfectly into modern pagan decor.

My Take on Lilith & Her Symbols
To me, Lilith represents ultimate autonomy. In the old folklore, she was Adam’s equal, formed from the same earth, and chose to leave Eden rather than submit. I wanted this piece to honor that unapologetic energy.

I made sure to include her serpent, which represents transformation and the wisdom to question the rules. I also added her owl, which historically symbolizes her connection to the night, hidden truths, and fierce maternal protection. Bringing all these intense elements into a chunky, cute design is my way of showing that strength and wisdom don’t always have to look intimidating.

How I Make Them:
I 3D print each of these statues right in my workspace using PLA, which is a tough, plant-based bioplastic (derived from cornstarch). Because of how the 3D printing process works layer-by-layer, each statue has a very subtle, unique surface texture—no two are exactly alike.

A quick note on the design: I specifically designed her arms and accessories to be tucked in close to her body. Not only does this fit the cute chibi aesthetic perfectly, but it also makes the statue incredibly solid. There are no fragile, floating little pieces that are going to snap off when you handle her!

Care Instructions:

Keep her indoors: PLA plastic can warp if it gets hotter than 120°F (50°C), so please don’t leave her out in the hot summer sun or in a hot car.

Cleaning: Just dust her gently with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. If she needs a wipe down, use a barely damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

I hope this piece brings as much empowering energy to your space as I felt while designing her. She’s for anyone who refuses to dim their light and chooses the wilderness over the cage!

Bring the primordial power and quiet mystery of Nyx into your sacred space with my 3D-printed statue of the Greek Goddess of Night. I designed this piece to capture Nyx as an ancient, serene presence rather than a dark or threatening figure, with flowing classical robes, a crescent moon, a raised torch, and a cratered lunar landscape beneath her feet.

I wanted the statue to feel celestial and timeless, almost like an ancient temple sculpture devoted to the night sky. Her calm expression and flowing drapery contrast with the rugged lunar surface below, while the crescent moon and torch make her identity immediately recognizable.

Versatile Display: Perfectly sized for pagan altars, Nyx devotional spaces, witchy decor, gothic bookshelves, dark academia rooms, nightstands, or curiosity cabinets.

The Lore & Symbolism

Nyx is one of the primordial deities of ancient Greek mythology and the personification of Night itself. According to Hesiod’s Theogony, she emerged near the beginning of creation from Chaos and became the mother of several powerful forces and personifications, including Sleep, Death, Dreams, and Fate.

Nyx belongs to an older generation of divine beings than the Olympian gods. Ancient stories portray her as a figure of immense power and authority. In one famous myth, even Zeus is reluctant to challenge her, reinforcing the sense that Night represents something older and more fundamental than the rule of the Olympians.

I wanted this statue to capture that idea. Nyx does not need to appear aggressive or imposing. Her power comes from simply being present, ancient, calm, and inevitable.

The Crescent Moon: I placed a prominent crescent moon within the design as one of the clearest visual connections to the night sky. Although the moon itself belongs more directly to lunar deities such as Selene, the crescent works here as a broader symbol of darkness, cycles, intuition, and the changing night.

The Torch: I gave Nyx a raised torch as a symbol of illumination within darkness. Rather than representing daylight, I see it as a small source of guidance through the unknown, like starlight breaking through the night.

The Lunar Surface: I redesigned the base around a cratered, moon-like landscape rather than soft clouds. I wanted the ground beneath Nyx to feel solid and celestial, giving the sculpture the appearance of a goddess standing at the edge of the known world beneath an endless night sky. The rough lunar texture also creates a strong contrast against the smooth folds of her robes.

Her Averted Gaze: I posed Nyx looking slightly away from the viewer rather than directly forward. This gives her a distant, contemplative presence, as though her attention is fixed somewhere beyond the mortal world.

The Classical Drapery: I used long Greco-Roman-inspired robes with broad flowing folds to give Nyx the appearance of an old carved temple statue. The drapery helps create movement while keeping the figure grounded and sculptural.

How It’s Made

I print each statue layer by layer using PLA bioplastic, which is commonly made from renewable plant-based materials such as cornstarch.

Because each piece is individually 3D printed, subtle layer lines and small surface variations may be visible. These are a natural part of the process and make every statue slightly unique.

Design Note: I designed this version of Nyx with durability in mind. Her arms and clothing remain close to the main figure, delicate details are kept substantial, and the lunar landscape is sculpted directly into the base. The raised hand is also designed as a stronger unified form with minimal separation between the fingers, helping preserve the gesture while reducing fragile individual details.

Available Finishes

Matte Black: A dramatic finish that emphasizes Nyx’s connection to darkness and the night sky.

Light Marble: A stone-inspired finish with subtle variation that gives the statue the appearance of carved marble.

Matte White: A clean classical finish inspired by traditional museum and temple sculpture.

Please Read Before Purchasing

Each statue is individually produced using high-precision additive manufacturing, more commonly known as 3D printing. The sculpture is built one layer at a time over many hours rather than being formed in a conventional injection mold.

Because of this process, subtle layer lines, texture, and small surface variations may be visible when viewed closely. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed objects and are not considered defects.

The marble finish is especially good at visually blending these small surface details because its natural-looking variation helps create a stone-like appearance. Solid colors may make the fine texture of the printing process slightly more noticeable.

Care Instructions

Temperature: Keep indoors and away from intense heat sources. PLA can soften or warp above approximately 120°F/50°C, so please do not leave the statue in a hot car or directly against a sunny window for extended periods.

Cleaning: Dust gently with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. If needed, spot clean with a barely damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Whether you work with Nyx in your spiritual practice, are fascinated by the primordial gods of Greek mythology, or simply love celestial and classical artwork, I designed this statue to capture Night as something ancient, beautiful, and quietly powerful. The crescent moon, torch, flowing robes, and cratered lunar base all come together to represent the stillness and mystery that arrives when daylight disappears.
